The Fan Page Network was originally registered as a domain to host the fan pages I was working on. I love the internet and one of my favorite things has always been fan sites. In fact in the early 90s, fan created sites were more common than "official" sites. Although almost every artist, filmmaker, rock band, author, actor, etc, etc has their own site today, fan sites remain important and are often the better resource for the fan. That is the reason I'm opening up this site for everyone. The directory will be a wiki of fan sites edited and put together by the actual fans. This listing of sites will become more and more important as search engines become more crowded with paid listings and those smaller fan sites become harder to find. I have also added a blog to main site which will be used for site news and resources for fan site creation. There are a lot of webmaster tools out there to make great free sites and the blog will be the place for you to learn about them. This is just the beginning, check back every once in awhile for more info.
